Before you book
How does the timing work?
Appointment starts are 90 minutes apart, from 3 pm on weekdays and 9 am on weekends (Cyprus time). A start appears only when the selected service duration is available and fits within that day’s booking hours.
What if I have more than one car?
Choose 2 or 3 vehicles in the booking form. Multi-vehicle bookings reserve a minimum four-hour block on the same day. Actual work can take longer depending on vehicle condition.
Are the prices fixed?
No. The prices shown online are estimates. SUVs add €20, while vans and 7-seaters add €30. Vehicle condition, heavy dirt, stains, pet hair and other extra work can affect the final price. We discuss and agree the final price with you after seeing the vehicle and before work starts, so both sides are comfortable.
What are the two location options?
You come to us means you bring the vehicle to Petridia, Empa, Paphos 8063, Cyprus. We come to you means you enter the address where the vehicle will be parked. The selected in-person address is included in your booking confirmation.
What do I need for a mobile detail?
Somewhere to park the car, and ideally access to water and a power socket. If you don’t have either, mention it in the notes and we’ll plan around it.
When do I pay?
You don’t pay online. You pay once the work is done and you’re happy with it. The final price is discussed and agreed after we see the vehicle condition and before the work begins.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call +357 95 149746 as early as you can and we’ll sort it out.
